$15.00 late fee will be applied to all registrations and payments received after the Registration deadline. 

*If you do not register by the deadline,  we do not guarantee advertised  classes will be available or running. 
MMGA reserves the right to not hold classes with less than 6 athletes enrolled.

MRF must be filled out annually. All participants must fill out a new MRF starting in May of each year.
